Course Description

This year-long course covers the skills required to integrate and use scripting language in authoring an interactive multimedia product.  It also covers the skills and knowledge required to incorporate the principles of game design, including planning and designing a game.

Overview of Assessment

This course is assessed with the competencies    Integrate and Use Scripting Language in Authoring a Multimedia Product (CUFIMA01A) and Use a Library or Pre-existing Components (ICAITBO75/A).

Assessment takes the form of four practice-based digital assignments involving creative responses to a brief.  Students will design and execute interactive digital products, individually and in teams.
