Course Description

This course offerers a general study of the principles and machine processes required to create and produce a range of woven fabrics. The purpose of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and experience in: the fundamentals of weaving processes, fabric construction and using fabric analysis techniques to create a range of woven fabrics, understanding and predicting performance of woven fabrics based on fibre, yarn structure and fabrication.
