Course Description

This course covers the ability to undertake court listings in a range of matters for courts. It includes preparing court files, maintaining listing systems, assisting in the allocation of courtrooms and judicial officers, preparing court lists and advising on listings.

Pre-requisite Courses and Assumed Knowledge and Capabilities

No pre-requisite is required for this unit of competency, however this unit is part of an Industry based program, offered to trainee Court Registrars.
