Learning Outcomes

This course will provide the learner to develop skills in the following:
• Take-off preliminaries for a low rise residential project.
• Take-off quantities for bulk and detailed excavation.
• Take-off of quantities for a series of footing types and slab types.
• Take-off the quantities for a timber framed structure.
• Take-off quantities for masonry in veneer and double skin Construction
• Allow for services and specialist trades.
• Take-off quantities for fit-out and finish.
