Learning Outcomes

This course will provide the learner to develop knowledge & skills and be able to:
• State the monitoring techniques used in planning for construction.
• Use basic principles to interpret and prepare schedules.
• Outline the considerations taken when preparing network planning.
• State and use the principles and practice of resource planning for medium rise building projects.
• Apply common cost control techniques to medium rise building projects.
• Apply scheduling and reporting of construction progress for job planning.
• Describe and utilise computer usage in construction planning.
