Course Description

This course covers the skills and knowledge required to use techniques for image processing and focuses on technical aspects including electronic processes. It is a specialisation course and refers to specific equipment and techniques used for making photo work-print images.

Overview of Assessment

Assessment in this unit involves the production of work in both digital and analogue format, as well as essays. The three areas are equally weighted. Digital competencies are assessed using both oral questioning and observation of performance. Analogue tasks include the production of proof sheets and work prints.
