Overview of Assessment
1. To demonstrate competence of this course, each student must complete a minimum of 70 hours (two weeks) of approved industry placement and submit all of the following documents on or before the due date(s). (Does not apply to International students who will complete alternative assessment activities as discussed with the teacher.)
1. Submit completed approved & signed original Practical Placement Agreement form(s)
2. Submit completed Practical Placement Log sheet(s),
3. Submit completed Employer Report
4. Submit written answers to a set of the Competency questions.
