Course Description

This learning program covers BSALO501A Perform Legal Research and Prepare Legal Reports to Meet Identified Needs unit of competency from the Business Services training package.

If you are undertaking this course in Melbourne from semester 2, 2012 onwards your teacher will advise you if you require access to a computer for the course. Assessment will incorporate a variety of methods including class exercises, problem solving and homwork, Parliament and court reports including oral presentation, case studies, a written assignment involving problem solving based on a case study and a written test.
