Course Description

To provide learners with skills and knowledge to:

• Specify objective and targets for the business
• Prepare and assess a cash flow budget for the planning period
• Test variations of the business plan for effectiveness
• Prepare a profit and loss statement
• Identify and plan appropriate risk management strategies
• Identify any improvements and developments to the business during the planning period
• Identify the contractual aspects relevant to the business.
