Course Description

This course covers computer aided design and management systems in the TCF industry. The following programs are covered: Excel, Access, Illustrator, Photoshop and the Internet.

Details of Learning Activities

To provide learners with skills, knowledge and attitudes to become competent to:

• Design and create documents.
• Use a range of advanced functions within software packages. The packages include a word processing, spreadsheet, database, and graphic.
• Produce complex word-processed documents, spreadsheet models using formula and functions and effectively and in a timely manner.
• Use industry standard software and hardware to capture, create, and manipulate images and illustrations for presentations and mood boards.
