Week 2. Introduction and overview of event objectives and outcomes. Discuss assessment. Create production teams

Week 4. Anatomy of Event – identify key event personnel
Week 5. Anatomy of Event II – preparing client briefs

Week 7. Possible meeting with Audio Visual students
