Course Description

To provide learners with skills, knowledge and attitudes to become competent to: identify and determine production targets and how to monitor and achieve these targets,
organise staff and resources to achieve production targets and monitor their achievement, develop interpersonal skills needed for effective management of teams. Develop social, ethical and business standards to establish and maintain positive relationships, use appropriate methods to communicate ideas and share information
Address and solve problems and manage difficulties to achieve positive outcomes, understand and create an environment to facilitate innovation.
