Course Description
This unit describes the knowledge and skills required to maintain the application of legal and ethical work practices by monitoring, cooridating and promoting their importance in providing community services and supporting duty of care requirements.

Details of Learning Activities
Students will participate in a workshop which will look at this competency. Case studies, simulations, questions and answers will be part of the learning activities students will engage in during this time. Students will also look at this throughout the academic year through the various assessment tasks set for this course.
