In this course you will develop the skills and knowledge required to liaise and facilitate linkages between community services including specialist and generalist services in the community to ensure support of people in need.

Overview of Assessment

Assessment for this course will include class-based activities designed to support development of the knowledge and skills required to liaise and facilitate linkages between community services (including specialist and generalist services in the community). As the skills required for demonstrating competency in this course involve sharing information in different workplace contexts, students will be assessed through the following:
 

  1. Service provider questions template (1A) and promotional activity and class presentation (1B)
  2. Case study with questions (1A) and workplace evidence (1B)
