Course Description
Managing the bump in and bump out of a range of shows is a fundamental employment skill in the live production industry.
The purpose of this course is to provide you with the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to manage the movement, transportation, installation and removal of sound, lighting and vision system equipment and associated physical elements for productions in the screen, media, entertainment and live events industries.
This is the designated Work Integrated Learning (WIL) course for C5332 Diploma of Live Production and Technical Services. This course includes a WIL experience in which your knowledge and skills will be applied and assessed in a real or simulated workplace context and where feedback from industry and/or community is integral to your experience.
An agreement including schedule and relevant insurance documentation is required to be completed before commencing each assessment placement. In the case where a placement ends early, please refer to 6. Early Termination of Placements in the Work Integrated Learning Procedure.
