Course Description

Students will learn the skills and knowledge to read the script and identify the core elements in order to realise its development from final draft to production.

Students will develop and analyse their own scripts in order to formulate a director’s vision specifying production attributes as they apply to
narrative, context of each scene within the whole narrative and important dramatic elements.
Students will also identify significant narrative elements and how they can be integrated into a shot plan.
