This course assists the learners to develop the following areas of knowledge and skills:
Quality Planning: Company quality policy and procedures. Customer relations procedures. Process methods for gathering information. Security risk management. Ideas analysis. Planning and organising. Basic statistical analysis.
Process Improvement: Basic tools of quality improvement eg. charts, histograms, questionnaires, staff performance assessment. Problem solving and analysis.
