Course Description

This unit covers the skills and knowledge required to interpret in collaboration with one or more other interpreters as part of an interpreting team or in relay. You will be able to observe each other’s work and provide practical support to achieve effective communication that satisfies professional and industry standards, including occupational health and safety standards.

Overview of Assessment

Assessment will be ongoing during the semester, and you will receive feedback on your progress. You will undertake a variety of assessment tasks and activities to assess your level of competence against key elements and performance criteria.
