Studying can be a pretty confusing time, especially if you’re new on campus. That’s why for students studying at RMIT University, there’s one bookmark that’s absolutely essential -

It’s the central online place that makes it easy to access your RMIT email account, announcements and university news, learning resources, program and course guides, class timetables and even your library account.

So if you’re unsure about what you’re doing or where you’re supposed to be – simply log in to have the information at your fingertips.

Please note – myRMIT is currently not available to students studying at our Vietnam campuses.

Ready to get on with IT?

Access to the myRMIT student portal service is automatically provided for current students. For staff seeking support access, approval from the Academic Registrar is required.

Got a problem or need help?

Complete the myTechSupport form or contact the Service and Support Centre.

For wide-spread service disruptions we aim to respond within 15 minutes. For all other help requests we’ll respond within one business day.

For RMIT staff requesting access or advice, we’ll get back to you within two business days and aim to have things resolved within five business days. For more complex requests we'll discuss the expected timeframes with you.
