Add national marketing campaign to your resume

Gain national exposure of your design work through a credible community focussed campaign.

The Australian Federal Police (AFP), in partnership with the Outdoor Media Association (OMA) is hosting a competition that gives you the chance to see your design across a national marketing campaign.

The competition

You are invited to create a design concept for the 2017 National Missing Persons Week (NMPW) marketing campaign, in line with the theme and focus of the campaign. They are looking for an effective tagline, eye-catching visuals and creative ways to engage their target audience. The targeted message will primarily be aimed at ‘youth’.

To enter, you are to present the concept as an A2 poster supported by some additional items/media. The full design brief and requirements is available via the National Missing Person Coordination Centre website.

Prizes

Should your design be selected as the winner, you will receive public recognition for your design concept as well as the opportunity to travel to Sydney to participate in work experience with OMA to refine your digital advertising design.

The winning design will then be refined and finalised in-house by the AFP design team and used nationally to promote NMPW 2017. Marketing platforms include TV, outdoor media, print, and promotional merchandise.

Dates

Entries close 8 July 2016.
