Citizenship verification

Before you can enrol into a new program you must verify your citizenship or residency status.

Verifying your citizenship ensures that you enrol in the right type of fee place and confirms your eligibility for government assistance, e.g. HECS-HELP or a fee concession.

You cannot enrol in courses until you successfully verify your citizenship or residency status, so make sure you have acceptable documentation ready before you enrol.

How to verify

Verify online using your valid passport:

1.   have your valid passport ready

If you are unable to verify your passport online you will be given the opportunity to cancel the online verification process and email a scan or photo of your document via your student email for verification.
