Do soft sounds at bedtime help children get off to sleep? This study hopes to find out.
Our researchers are looking for children aged between three to six years that have problems getting off to sleep to take part in a study on whether soft sounds can reduce settling time.
With recent reports indicating an alarming trend of poor sleep habits in young children, especially regarding difficulties settling and initiating sleep, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of simple Android Apps that deliver soft sounds to assist young children settle to sleep quicker.
If you have a child or know of someone who does and they meet the age criteria, take part in the study and receive two movie tickets with the added bonus of a better night sleep had by all.
