Recruitment, events and marketing

Student Recruitment ‘off-campus’ service for careers and training advisors and secondary school students

Provide Vocational Education, Degree, and Postgraduate information through:

  • Support to career and training advisers.
  • Student engagement with secondary school students off campus. On-campus presentations and tours at all RMIT campuses for secondary school students
  • Coordination and representation of RMIT at external career events and expos (local and interstate).
  • Coordination and facilitation of RMIT Career Advisers’ Seminar.
  • Events and other marketing activities across the Mid Year, Postgraduate and change of Preference campaign.
  • Production and distribution of the Term Bulletin and Email Update for career advisers. Project management Student Recruitment related publications such as the Degree and Diploma guide, interest area guides, Facts and Figures, ATAR poster and relevant campaign related publications.

Electronic Direct Marketing (eDM) service

  • Coordinate and manage client requests, from their completion of the ‘eDM request form’, through to approval and invoicing.
  • Analyse recipient data and report to clients.

Program promotion and information services

Info Corner ‘on-campus’ service

  • Provide Vocational Education, Degree, and Postgraduate information.
  • Provide face-to-face service at RMIT Info Corner.
  • Respond to RMIT’s future student email and web enquiries
  • Provide service to incoming telephone calls from future students
  • Capture future student details for marketing campaigns.
  • Manage QFlow ticketing system and report on face-to-face traffic.
  • Accept supporting application documentation.
  • Participate in outbound marketing.
