Process and documentation

Deadline

Complete the Learning and Teaching for Sustainability Teaching Fellowship 2016 application form [DOC, 7.85 MB, 6 pages], demonstrating how the project meets each requirement.

The application must be endorsed by a relevant Head of School and Deputy Pro-Vice Chancellor (Learning and Teaching) from your College.

The completed signed application should be emailed to learningteaching.sustainability@rmit.edu.au

Friday 8 April 2016

The submission will be reviewed by a panel for final approval.

A determination about the successful applications will be made and successful staff notified.

Friday 22 April 2016

Successful applicants will be expected to provide details of their finance officers to be able to complete the respective fund transfers.

All funding allocated must be spent within the calendar year, with no opportunity for the funds to be rolled over.

Interim and final project reports will be provided to the Sustainability Committee and a promotional story should be drafted at the conclusion of the project.

All projects will be encouraged to submit papers to conferences, release news articles and to apply for awards as appropriate.
