Not quite ready for a career?
Confused about what comes next for you after graduation? Careers that Work will prepare you for the future.
Get yourself work-ready through an elective course taught conveniently in a three-day workshop.
Careers that Work is a 12-point undergraduate elective that will provide you with the relevant skills and knowledge to make career decisions, find the work you want and manage your future career.
The course has a dual focus. First, it will help you identify your own interests and abilities as an individual. Second, it will examine the way work has changed throughout time in a social context. You will also learn skills in resume writing, interview techniques and networking.
The course will run on 3, 5 and 7 February 2014.
