Write-ability Fellowships applications now open

If you identify as an emerging writer with a disability, apply for a Writer-ability Fellowship.

The fellowship is a partnership between Arts Access Victoria and Writers Victoria, with the aim to support writers with disability who want to develop their skills and writing careers.

To apply, send through a sample of your work (up to 1000 words) by 5 pm Monday 15 September.

Should you be one of the five successful winners, you will be matched with professional writers for six-hours of free mentoring to help them develop a specific piece of work. The mentors for the Write-ability Fellowships are authors, assessors and industry experts including Sam Twyford-Moore, Lyndel Caffrey, Matthew Hooper, Antoinette Eckland and Bethanie Blanchard.
