The Property Services' Service Charter has been developed to clearly outline the services that Property Services offers to RMIT University staff and students.

The Service Charter also provides a brief synopsis of key University documents for which Property Services is responsible, and provides information on new initiatives in the Group, such as Gateway and Property Central.
