Student life cycle

The management of the student life cycle is a collaborative effort shared at the School level between teaching and administrative staff.

A Program Manager works in partnership with key administrative staff to ensure that the all learners’ experiences of RMIT are engaging and satisfying and that the administration of student learning runs smoothly whether students are school leavers on campus full or part time or mature age employees learning in the workplace or learners connected through an online learning environment.

Program Managers need to have a sound knowledge of RMIT policies, procedures and guidelines that cover the life of students from application and enrolment through to graduation and the issuing of awards.
