International Portfolio’s web team can help International Portfolio staff to publish content across RMIT’s official web presence.
We ensure your content meets RMIT’s web presence policies and best practice for digital communication. We will place your content so that it reaches your audience and integrates with your social media and any other digital communication activities.
Simple content updates
To make a simple update to existing content, such as uploading a newer version of a document, correcting out of date contact information, or to report a broken link or other issue with the web please:
- Visit RMIT Service and Support
- Select ‘Request a service’
- Select ‘Web and Digital Services’ from the ‘Service’ drop down menu
- Select 'General content request'
- Fill in form and select 'International web team' from the team drop down.
Remember to provide the URL (web address) of the specific page that needs to be altered and attach any documents or media to be uploaded. Please ensure your content update has been approved by your relevant manager.
Your request will be logged into a ticketing system and will be assigned a number. The web team will be in touch for further information or to let you know the request has been completed. Most requests are processed within two working days. Please let us know if your request is urgent.
New content or major content improvements
Please consult the web manager about any new content or significant changes to existing content. These will also need to be reviewed and approved by the relevant manager/s in the business.
Promoting content across the RMIT web presence
The web team can help you to promote your content to your audience. This may include placing or promoting content in areas of the web presence managed by other web teams. Please contact the web manager to discuss your options.
