Participate in survey about IT services at RMIT

As part of our continuous improvement process, ITS is participating in the 2011 University Benchmarking Survey that will measure our IT Service Quality.

As previously advised by email, on Monday, 26 September all staff will receive an email inviting you to complete this survey online. It contains 22 questions and should take less than three minutes to complete. The survey will be conducted over a 14 day period, and all responses will be treated confidentially. 

As well as the standard questions, there are an additional set of questions that pertain to different areas of the University, so you will need to choose the ones that are relevant for you.

All staff are encouraged to complete this survey, as its findings will help us improve our service delivery and enable ITS to benchmark our performance nationally.
