Delivering new digital experiences
Together with the Digital and Customer Experience Strategy team, ITS is working to deliver the technology that will transform the online experience.
On Friday we went live with Adobe Experience Manager, the new content management system that takes our online presence to a new level. Aside from being a proven, market-leading system that’s fully managed and supports on demand publishing, it will pave the way for market segmentation, metrics and analytic capabilities to tailor online campaigns.
Then in time for Open Day – one of the most important dates on the calendar – we’ll be introducing web chat and design templates for our top programs that are interactive, and display new course content with an improved look and feel.
