Introducing Bright Sparks

Empowering and connecting our female community with world-class leaders and entrepreneurs.

Applications are now open for Bright Sparks, a female leadership program designed to inspire, prepare and connect the next generation of female leaders.

Bright Sparks is open to all female members of the RMIT community. The program addresses the low proportion of women in leadership positions and recognises the positive outcomes that can be generated when students, staff and alumni are provided a platform to collaborate together through shared experience and knowledge.

As part of the Global Entrepreneurship and Internship Program (GEIP), should you be successful in obtaining a place in the Bright Spark program, you will find yourself spending time overseas on programs designed to help accelerate your career. For Bright Spark, the program will run over the summer break from November to February, with workshops held in Melbourne and in San Franscisco, USA from 5 to 18 February 2017. Also, as part of the program, you will be assigned a mentor in each city.

This College of Business initiative will not only amplify your employability but it will also open doors to a host of new opportunities.

Applications close 30 September 2016.

To apply or for more information, go to Bright Sparks.
