WIL requirements and governance
Work integrated learning activities must be designed to meet the requirements of university policy, State and Commonwealth legislation and regulations, and provisions required by professional accrediting associations.
Responsibility for the governance, implementation and support of work integrated learning (WIL) activities sits across multiple areas of the University;
- At the College and School level WIL is managed and supported through various departments and school-based WIL practitioners.
- Centrally, WIL activities and support is provided by Career Development and Employment and the Office of Dean Learning and Teaching.
The WIL guidance materials support the WIL procedure and provide detailed advice for managing WIL activities.
