Report, request and track IT
Now, there’s a new way to submit IT-related enquiries.
The new Service and Support web portal (login required) is the place to go to report an issue, request a new service or track the progress of an existing job you’ve lodged. Just select the option you want, choose the category for your enquiry and complete the associated online form.
Each form is designed to gather all the information required to complete your enquiry. So there’ll be less effort spent chasing up details, and more on getting the job done.
It’s all part of a solution that will help us consolidate service enquiries in one place, manage associated workflow tasks and improve service management consistency across the University.
