Ethan Glessich, Bachelor of Business (Business Administration)
Whilst completing his double degree in engineering and business, Ethan started his career in 2004 as an Aerospace Engineer with the Defence Science and Technology Organisation (DSTO).
Ethan worked in the recruitment sector from 2005 to 2008 as a Consultant focused on the Engineering, Defence Automotive and Technology markets. Following a move to Barcelona in 2009 Ethan worked for Spain’s leading innovative IT and software solutions company, Indra, as a Business Development Consultant for the Indra Airports division.
However, it was an entrepreneurial mindset which eventually took over and propelled Ethan to combine his passion for innovation and efficiency and start up his own business, Enarah, in 2012. Founded with his partner Patricia Martos, the ethos of Enarah combines their years of study in the areas of productivity and neuropsychology to develop an innovative web application and consulting services which help individuals and teams boost their productivity in the shortest amount of time.
In 2013, Ethan returned to study at RMIT undertaking a Vocational Education course in Small Business Management. During this time he also decided to enter the RMIT Business Plan Competition with Enarah among the big winners last year taking out three awards. In 2014, Enarah was shortlisted as one of the top 10 finalist for the competition 'So You Think You Can Start-up'
