Science Engineering & Health scholarships for Indian students (Undergraduate)

If you are an Indian international student commencing an undergraduate degree program at RMIT’s College of Science, Engineering and Health, this scholarship can contribute towards your tuition fees.

Value and duration

  • The scholarship will pay AU$5,000 as a once off payment towards your tuition fees.

Number of scholarships available

Five (5) undergraduate scholarships available.

Eligibility

In order to qualify for this scholarship you must:

  • be an Indian citizen
  • apply from India
  • enrol in a Bachelor degree program offered by the College of Science, Engineering and Health in Semester 2, 2017
  • have an excellent academic background (to be considered you will need the following score from academic subjects - Central Board - 70% State Board - 75%)
  • enrol in an undergraduate degree program offered by one of the following schools:

How to apply

  1. Select an eligible program
  2. Submit an application to study at RMIT.
  3. Receive an offer to study at RMIT in Semester 2, 2017.
  4. Submit an application form for this scholarship.
  5. Students will be automatically considered for a scholarship.

Terms and conditions

  • The scholarship of AU$5,000 is a once off payment.
  • This scholarship cannot be deferred to another year and must be taken up in Semester 2 2017.
  • Applicants with a conditional offer will need to meet the conditions of their offer before they can be awarded the scholarship.
  • Scholarships are only available for programs offered by the College of Science Engineering and Health
  • Scholarship selection is based on academic merit. The Scholarships are competitive, with academic achievement forming the basis for scholarship selection.
  • Applications will be considered and scholarships offered on a rolling basis until all scholarships have been awarded.
  • Unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted.
  • Scholarship awardees will be involved in promotional activities for RMIT.
