Audio visual (AV) services: ready for action

AV equipment across the University has been checked and prepared for the start of the teaching year by our AV team.

This has involved preventative maintenance of more than 1,000 venues and 7,000 items of AV equipment. Work has occurred during off-peak periods to eliminate disruptions, and ongoing out-of-hours maintenance will continue throughout the year.

The AV team is also undertaking roving site visits in the coming week to offer general advice and discuss AV requirements. Training sessions on using the University’s AV equipment are currently being developed and details will be circulated soon. If you have any AV queries, please contact the IT Helpdesk.
