IT support for Open Day

The Open Day team within ITS have been working with the event organisers throughout the University to ensure IT services run as smoothly as possible for all visitors, staff and students on Open Day.

What we can help with

Additional ITS staff will provide support from 8am to 4pm with the following services:

Free wireless access where guests on all campuses can log on to the RMIT Open Day network

  • On-site IT Support for:
  • Network account assistance
  • Password management
  • Application support
  • Email support
  • Desktop support
  • Audio visual support at all campuses - to familiarise yourself with the AV if you haven’t used the rooms for a while, see the training videos.
  • Computer labs.

Need AV or IT equipment? Get your requests in by Friday 22 July by completing this form.

For IT assistance on the day, call the Service and Support Centre on 9925 8888. For general enquiries, call the Switchboard on 9925 2000.
