Further details

Under the guidance of expert trapeze artists, you will be taken on the experience of flying high on pure adrenaline while learning how to perform a standard knee-hang catch.

You will start on the low bar and move up to the seven-metre high platform. After practising hooking your knees around the bar, you will learn to take your hands off while swinging above the net.

The session will culminate with you attempting to make a catch with an instructor - just like you might see in the circus.
