Discover new communities and develop your Pollinator’s skills in entrepreneurialism and small business.

Pollinate Energy's India Fellowship offers you the opportunity in experiencing life in a developing country.

Are you curious about other career opportunities that exist outside of the norm? Do you have a passion for sustainable – both environmental and financial – solutions to end poverty? Are you burning for a chance to get hands on with your skills in a new environment?

A Pollinate Energy India Fellowship program provides you with the opportunity to gain skills in:

• Cross Cultural Management - Participants work side by side with young Indian fellows and our Pollinators. They will be required to manage and achieve outcomes in teams with diverse backgrounds, education levels, and language skills.

• People and stakeholder management - Participants work in and lead two different groups throughout the program, and engage with stakeholders ranging from colleagues, community members, staff and program leaders.

• Idea generation and execution - Participants are encouraged to develop new ideas in response to problem statements, and implement a possible solution during their time on the program. They will be pushed to make their ideas real and practical in resource constrained environments.

Pollinate Energy is a social business with a simple mission – to improve the lives of India’s urban poor by giving them access to affordable products. With a focus on sustainable solutions, such as solar lights and improved cookstoves, people are able to reduce indoor smoke, have better quality light, use less fuel and save money.

We offer you the opportunity to visit our headquarters and work alongside our local staff, discovering new communities and developing their Pollinator’s skills in entrepreneurialism and small business.
