Student life cycle

The management of the student life cycle is a collaborative effort shared at the College and School level between teaching and professional staff.

Professional and academic staff work together to manage the student life cycle. The purpose is to ensure the that all learners’ experiences of RMIT are engaging and rewarding, whether they are school leavers on campus fulltime, mature age employees learning in the workplace or learners connected through an online learning community.

Program Managers need to develop a sound knowledge of RMIT policies, procedures and guidelines that cover the life of students from application and enrolment through to graduation and the issuing of awards.
