Candidature milestones at RMIT
Candidate progress in a research degree is monitored through a combination of regular meetings between supervisors and candidates and the formal panel-based assessment of progress through candidature milestone reviews. The candidature milestone reviews include Confirmation of Candidature, Mid-Candidature Review and Completion Seminar, which provide a timeframe and structure to help candidates complete their degree.
All milestones must be arranged in consultation with the School’s Research Services Coordinator.
All forms should be lodged with the School’s Research Services Coordinator located in Building 37, Level 2.
