Take part in a university-wide health survey

RMIT staff are invited to participate in a university-wide survey of employee physical activity and exercise habits.

Researchers at RMIT University are conducting a study to gain an understanding of the physical activity and exercise habits, preferences, and perceived barriers and facilitators to workplace based exercise participation of RMIT University employees across a range of national and international campuses. This information will help inform the optimal delivery mode of a workplace exercise intervention for University staff.

This is an opportunity to reflect on your current level of physical activity and provide valuable information that will be used in the design of future workplace exercise interventions.

You are eligible to participate in this study if you are:

  • A current RMIT University employee based at any of the following campuses: Melbourne city, Brunswick, Bundoora (East or West), Point Cook, Hamilton, Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Aged 18+ years
