On-campus accommodation at Bundoora
Studying at Bundoora and interested in living on-campus? We have new student accommodation at our Bundoora campus offering great facilities and a community environment.
The UniLodge @ RMIT Bundoora facility, also known as Walert House, offers 370 beds for undergraduate and postgraduate students. The accommodation is first class and there are a variety of studio apartments to choose from for those who love their own independence and space, or our large two, three and four bedroom shared apartments.
All apartments are ultra modern, fully furnished and ready to move into, with:
- built in wardrobe/storage
- study desk and chair
- appliances, including fridge/freezers
- microwaves and cook tops.
Rent includes not just a fully furnished apartment and great communal facilities, but electricity, water and unlimited high-speed internet – there are no bills to pay at the end of each month.

Living on campus
Living on campus means your classes are just a short walk away. You will also be near all the facilities Bundoora campus has to offer – from the library, study spaces and special study groups, to the cafes, excellent sporting facilities and social events.
On-campus living means you’ll also have great access to student support services, for any queries about student life or study that you might have.
RMIT’s Bundoora campus is a vibrant centre of learning located 18 kilometres from Melbourne’s City Centre. The campus is very close to tram and bus services and plenty of parking is available.
The University Hill shopping precinct is right opposite the campus and also has community and medical facilities for your convenience.
