Enrolment program structures publishing

Information about how enrolment program structures (EPS) are published by Enrolment and Student Records in the ARG.

Once a new version of an EPS is endorsed, the college will contact Enrolments and Records to have the document published.

School staff should contact their college for more information about how enrolment program structures are endorsed within their college:

The publishing of a new version of an EPS will automatically replace the previous version and place a copy in the archive.

All published versions are numbered and dated.

Bulk publishing of enrolment program structures

The process of bulk publishing of enrolment program structures requires that all external users be logged out of the system. Enrolments and Records will coordinate with colleges to arrange an agreed time for this to take place.

New users will be temporarily locked out, preventing access to the system for the duration of the bulk publishing process. Users, who are already logged in, will be contacted and asked to log out for the publishing process to be run.

Individual publishing of enrolment program structures

After the bulk publishing of enrolment program structures, Enrolments and Records will continue to publish any new versions that are created or new documents that were not endorsed prior to the bulk publishing process.

Schools should refer to college representatives for the process of communicating when a new document is submitted. Once a new version has been endorsed, the college should send a list of endorsed EPS’s by email to enrolments@rmit.edu.au.

To ensure enrolment program structures are available for students as soon as possible, Enrolments and Records will publish each request as it comes in rather than holding over to bulk publish at a designated time.

Note: the process for publishing individual enrolment program structures does not require a lock out and can be run at any time.
