Key activities

Megha delivers key operational and management support to RMIT Gallery. On a day to day basis, she is responsible for managing Gallery operations, including liaising with Gallery visitors, artists, various University departments and community agencies. She prepares and monitors Gallery finances, providing support to the Director regarding accounting records and procedures; finance management, operations management, line management, event coordination, process improvement, and the implementation of cost savings strategies.

With a Master of Architecture, Megha is highly experienced in project management and brings her exemplary schedule and time management skills to her role at RMIT Gallery, along with her knowledge and expertise of the balance between creativity and practicality. She provides support on the logistics, coordination and technical operation of installations; and the preparation, planning and execution of events, public programs, recruitment drives and services. Megha is also responsible for the selection, recruitment and line management of casual staff, interns and volunteers, supports in the delivery of the Gallery’s social media platform, post-exhibition reports and management of the stakeholder register list and image databases.
