What is this course about?
The subject develops an understanding of the role of communication in organisational behaviour, the management and development of organisations, and the relationships which public and private organisations have with each other and their environment; to develop the ability to evaluate and design appropriate policies and methods of organisational communication.

Overview of Learning Activities
What opportunities does the course provide for me to learn? What will I be expected to do?
Lectures will introduce participants to the key concepts and issues of the course. These will be delivered by both the course coordinator and selected guest lecturers. Video presentations will illustrate some of the concepts and issues. Tutorials offer an occasion for detailed examination of the course material and relevant readings, and participants will have the opportunity to lead discussion.
