Course Description
The course is designed to encourage educators to critically examine and reflect upon themselves as learners and on their practice as teachers. While giving focus to their particular discipline focus and research focus, educators will learn about a range of educational constructs in order to better understand and further develop their own teaching and provide support for their research. The processes undertaken will provide participants with evidence of best teaching practice, further professional associations and gather evidence to include in their professional portfolios.
Methods and the development of critical reflection in action and upon action will be fostered.

- Knowledge and application of educational theories to teaching practice from a range of theoretical perspectives.
