This course will be run in conjunction with GEDU 5444 - Create a range of complex texts for learning purposes.

Course Description

The focus of this course is on developing the reading skills required for further education. Its emphasis is on gaining the knowledge to interpret and critically analyse complex texts.

Assessment Tasks

Class participation will be observed and will be a consideration in the grading.
Layout and presentation of assessment tasks will be a significant consideration in the grading.
A minimum Pass Grade must be obtained in each of assessment tasks in order to pass this course.
Late work that is submitted without an application for an extension will not be corrected.
