Course Description
This unit of competency covers the ability to apply enterprise OHS policies and procedures dealing with the identification and control of hazards, working safely at all times, emergency response and contributing to the maintenance of workplace safety.

Overview of Assessment
The student must demonstrate an understanding of all learning outcomes in order to achieve competence. Assessment methods have been designed to measure achievement of each learning outcome in a flexible manner over a range of assessment tasks. Students will be assessed by written assignments and an open book exam
